Great Substitutes Instead Of Having Soda

Nothing can come close to how great soda pop is, and I've loved the fizzy sweetness of drinking one since I was a small child. I can drink anything, from lemon lime to orange to a nice refreshing Pepsi, and never get tired of it.

They say age brings wisdom, and I guess I am getting somewhat older, because I know that I should be drinking less soda. It's hard because there is nothing that soothes my parched palate more than a cold can of soda.

It is kind of funny that I drink a lot of soda, and yet watch what I eat pretty closely. Maybe that is why I don't like diet soda. There are a lot of added chemicals in the product that make me a little nervous about drinking too much of those kinds either.

Seltzer is something else that I have thought about drinking, but every time I try it, it tastes nasty. Not only that, but there is no flavor to it whatsoever. Just fizz and water. For me, it is uninspiring.

Luckily, I found something better than seltzer, and a whole lot healthier than regular soda pop in the form of carbonated fruit drinks. They are really tasty, and the good news is that they don't add sugar like the other ones do.

I have found two brands of carbonated fruit drinks that I think taste incredible and come in a variety of exciting flavors. The first is Fizzy Lizzy's and the second is Izze. These two are the best tasting that I have sampled.

Since they both don't add any sugar to their recipes, it is hard to compare them to your typical style of soda pop. These drinks are basically fruit mixtures added to some seltzer water and then stored under pressure.

You can find these carbonated fruit drinks at your local grocery store, in addition a host of other locations as well. These make a great alternative to drinking regular or diet soda whenever you get thirsty.
