For that you need around 7-8 hours of good, undisturbed sleep. Along with that, as you might have heard, exercise is the most essential thing. You should exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Drinking 1/2 your body weight in fresh water has also proven to work miracles.

The third thing you have to be careful about is your metabolism. That is the bodily function which stores food as fat or convert it into energy. For rapid weight loss you obviously want your metabolism to perform the latter function more than the former.

Burn that fat! You need to ensure that your metabolism converts your food intake into energy instead of fat. Avoid fat dieting since it greatly reduces your metabolism's natural capability and efficiency. You want to burn those fat pounds, not break your body down.

Skyrocket your metabolic activity by in taking nutritional, balanced, and fat-burning foods in such a way that they influence and increase your body's natural fat burning hormones. Thus, you shall automatically lose weight.
