Parties are actually places of good eating and drinking as well as full of enjoyment. Some over weight people hesitate to attend these parties as they think that it is not better for their health. As parties are for enjoyment so you should not worry if some pounds of your weight increased. 


In order to attend a dinner party makes sure that your stomach is full or not. Don't miss your lunch and try to use some healthy foods in dinner. Butter, egg like foods are rich in proteins and vitamins and these can soothe your need.

If you are inviting to somewhere then makes it sure about items that you eating more. This will help you to view your fitness rather than hearting on food and party ends. Some researches show that people wearing loose clothes eat more than others.

If you are participating in a party then be careful about your ingestion. Make some rules and follow them. If you decide to take vegetable than restrict yourself to it or go through whole menu items. 


It is better to use proteins and vitamin rich foods. Chicken meat as well as vegetables is rich in proteins but these foods are heavy and their small amount can make you full. Try to stay away from creamy foods like sauces etc. 


Alcoholic drinks are not better to use in parties as these can increase your hunger. If you want to drink it then mix water or some non caloric material with alcoholic drink. It will reduce the effect of alcohol. So it is necessary to make some rules on drinking also otherwise you can over ruled your eating program. 


Make a combination with other people if deserts are served. Try to take one or two bites of cakes, you can feel uncomfortable by using large amount as it can disturbed you at night during sleep. So try to leave party or take some dessert.

You will feel yourself lighter some pounds and jam-packed also if you follow up these recommends.
